To be able to reply using your domain name, you will need to add an email account, using the features available in your Mail Options. To learn how to set up your domain email, so you can send from it, click here.

Keep in mind, that all email you receive to your domain will be delivered to your free Yahoo! Mail account. If you want it to go to its own Inbox upgrade your plan to either Custom Mailbox or Business Mail.
