I've tried closing my account, but it's still open. How do I cancel it?
If you think you cancelled your Yahoo! Domains service but continue to see your domain on the Manage My Services page or your Domain Control Panel, wait 24 hours after you've requested the cancellation to check again.
If your account still appears open, please attempt to close your account again. If your account still appears open after 24 hours, please contact customer care.
