The following are known issues with the Yahoo! Marketing Dashboard:

Error P-802 when viewing Local Visibility and Reputation Tracker pages in Safari

If you are using the Safari web browser to access your Marketing Dashboard, and your Local Visibility and Reputation Tracker pages are returning error P-802, this may be due to a setting in Safari.

You may be able to resolve this issue by changing Safari's "Block cookies" setting to "Never":

1. In Safari, go to the Preferences menu.
2. In the Security section of the Preferences screen, locate the "Block cookies" option. Make sure "Never" is selected. (Note: In some older versions of Safari, this option is listed as "Accept cookies" in which case the option you'd wish to select is "Always.")

Once you've updated this setting, you may try accessing your Local Visibility and Reputation Tracker pages again.

 

Display issues with the "Do More With Dashboard" module in older versions of Safari

If you are using an older version of the Safari web browser, you may encounter display issues with your Marketing Dashboard's "Do More With Dashboard" module. To resolve this issue, upgrading Safari to the most recent version is recommended.
