What is the Reputation Tracker page of my Dashboard?

Reputation Tracker, also known as the Reputation page of your Marketing Dashboard, is where you can view online reviews, ratings, and mentions of your business collected from up to 8,000 sources across the Web. Reputation Tracker is divided into a Reviews section and a Mentions section. The Reviews section can be accessed by clicking the "Reviews" link, while the Mentions section can be accessed by clicking the "Mentions" link.

The reviews page includes the following sections:

  • Review Details
  • Review Trends
  • Recent Review Activity
  • Compare This Business*
  • What People Are Saying
  • Review Sources

The mentions page includes the following sections:

  • Mentions Details
  • Mentions Trends
  • Recent Mentions Activity
  • Compare This Business*
  • Mentions Sources

* Available only with Reputation Tracker Pro

If you are using the free version of Reputation Tracker, you will see only two recent reviews of your business in the Recent Review Activity section, and only two recent mentions of your business in the Recent Mentions Activity section. The Compare This Business section will also be disabled. To see your other reviews, and to use the Compare This Business feature, you may upgrade to Reputation Tracker Pro.

Reputation Tracker Pro also includes an "Alerts" button (not available in the free version of Reputation Tracker). Clicking this button takes you to the Alert Setup page, where you can turn email alerts about new reviews on or off, specify an email address to receive alerts at, choose how often to receive alerts, and add businesses to be included in your alerts. Learn how to set up alerts.
