You can no longer reactivate a canceled plan using the steps below. For help recovering your domain, please contact customer care.
Domains and Business Email
Closed Domains and Business Email accounts may not be reactivated; however, for 30 days, if your domain has not expired, you will be able to activate a new account by signing up for a new Domains or Business Email plan using the Yahoo! ID and domain name associated with your original plan.
Please note that we cannot recover emails or other data previously associated with your account, including your starter web page and any custom domain settings.
Web Hosting and Merchant Solutions
For 30 days after your account is closed, if domain has not expired, you will be able to reactivate your account by signing up for a new Web Hosting or Merchant Solutions plan using the Yahoo! ID and domain name associated with your original plan.
If you reactivate your account, you will regain access to your control panels and other features and begin a new billing cycle, with a new billing date. Please note, however, that we cannot recover any email messages previously stored in your account, and your web site and store files may no longer be available.
To reactivate your service:
Your service will be reactivated, and you will be able to use its features immediately. (Note that you may need to allow up to 72 hours for the changes to propagate across the Internet.)
