If you turn off Yahoo! SpamGuard Plus, all incoming email, including spam, will be delivered to your Inbox. If you'd still like to turn off SpamGuard Plus, here's how:

1. Sign in to your Business Mail account at http://mail.yourdomain.com (be sure to replace "yourdomain.com" with the domain name associated with your account).

2. Click "Options" in the upper-right corner of the page, then choose "Mail Options" from the pull-down menu.

   

3. On the left side of the page, select the "Spam" option.

   

4. To turn SpamGuard off, click to deselect the "Automatically send suspected spam to my Spam folder" option.

   

5. Click the "Save Changes" button to save your settings.

   

When you turn off SpamGuard Plus, the training history you built by marking messages as "Spam" and "Not Spam" is not deleted. If you decide to reactivate Yahoo! SpamGuard Plus, you'll instantly start benefiting again from your previous filtering history.
