If I mark a message as "Spam," will the sender automatically be added to my blocked addresses list?

No. We'll move the message to the Spam folder, but you'll have to manually block the address. Here's how:

  1. Click "Options" in the upper-right corner of the page, then choose "Mail Options" from the pull-down menu.

  2. On the left side of the page, select the "Spam" option.

  3. The Blocked Addresses area on the Spam page shows all the addresses and domains that you have currently blocked.

  4. In the "Add a blocked address" box, enter the email address you wish to block, then click the "Add" button.

Tip: To block email messages from an entire domain (for example, baddomain.com), enter the domain in this field.

The address is added to on the list.

  5. To remove or unblock an address or domain from your list, select the entry to remove, then click the "Remove" button.

The address or domain disappears from your list of blocked addresses.
