Can I block specific email addresses or web sites from sending me messages?

Yes. As a Business Email user, you can block up to 500 email addresses or web sites. All incoming messages from these blocked addresses will be automatically deleted, without bouncing back to the sender or going into one of your mail folders.

To block an address:

  1. Click "Options" in the upper-right corner of the page, then choose "Mail Options" from the pull-down menu.

  2. On the left side of the page, select the "Spam" option.

  3. The Blocked Addresses area on the Spam page shows all the addresses and domains that you have currently blocked.

  4. In the "Add a blocked address" box, enter the email address you wish to block, then click the "Add" button.

Tip: To block email messages from an entire domain (for example, baddomain.com), enter the domain in this field.

The address is added to on the list.

  5. To remove or unblock an address or domain from your list, select the entry to remove, then click the "Remove" button.

The address or domain disappears from your list of blocked addresses.
