If an email that you want goes into your Spam folder, don't worry. You can easily retrieve it:

1. Open your Spam folder by clicking "Spam" in the folder list on the left side of the page.

   

2. Click the "Not Spam" button above your list of messages.

   

Messages from this recipient will now be delivered directly to your inbox.

Tip: If a spam message arrives in your Inbox, select the spam message and then click the "Spam" button.
