Yahoo! Business Email offers several tools to help you keep spam out of your inbox.

• Use SpamGuard Plus. Yahoo! SpamGuard Plus automatically filters suspected spam to your Spam folder, but it also remembers what you consider spam — and automatically filters those messages to the appropriate folder.
  
  Whenever you receive a spam message, click the "Spam" button at the top of your Yahoo! Business Email inbox. The more you mark messages as spam, the more you train SpamGuard Plus — and the better it works for you. (Note that SpamGuard Plus is available only to those users with Business Email addresses associated with a Yahoo! ID.)

• You can create filters to deliver emails to a special folder or to the Trash based on specific words or phrases they contain, a sender's domain, or any other characteristics you specify.

• Block spammers' email addresses and web sites. Though this can be effective initially, be aware that many spammers frequently change their email addresses to avoid this technique.
