While we make our best effort to deliver solicited bulk or commercial email directly to your inbox, some of these messages may occasionally be routed to the Spam folder. Therefore it is important that you check this folder from time to time to make sure that you don't miss important messages.

If you believe that a message delivered to your Bulk folder would be more appropriately delivered to your inbox, please click the Not Spam button at the top of the message. In this way SpamGuard Plus learns specifically what you consider spam and not spam, and filters those messages to the appropriate folder. The more you train the filters by marking messages as spam or not spam, the better the filters will work for you.
