What are the requirements for using the POP configuration tool?

To use the POP configuration tool, you'll need:

Internet Explorer 4.0 or above.
Windows 98a, 98SE, ME, 2000, or XP.
Outlook Express (versions 4, 5, 5.5, or 6) or Outlook (97, 98, 2000, 2002, or 2003).
An active Business Email address. If you've received an invitation, but haven't activated your mailbox, you won't be able to access the tool.
A Yahoo! ID. (For security reasons, the tool works only with Business Email addresses associated with a Yahoo! ID.)
