Note: These instructions should be used only as a guideline. Steps may vary depending on device and operating system version. Consult manufacturer or service provider for specific instructions.

We suggest that you only set up email using POP if your email account was configured to be a POP only email account. If your account is not POP only, we suggest that you set up your device using IMAP.

To configure your POP settings for your iPhone or iPad:

1. From the Home screen, tap Settings.
2. On the Settings screen, tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
3. Tap Add Account...
4. Tap Other.
5. Tap Add Mail Account.

6. Enter the following pieces of information:

   • Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the "From" field of your outgoing messages.
   • Address: Enter your full Yahoo! Business Email address (for example, "test@dennydogisgreat.com").
   • Password: Enter your Yahoo! Business Email password.
   • Description: Enter a description for this email address.
7. Tap Save or Next.
8. Tap POP.

9. Enter your Incoming Mail Server information:

   • Host Name - pop.bizmail.yahoo.com
   • User Name - Enter your full Yahoo! Business Email address.
   • Password - Enter your Yahoo! Business Email Password.

10. Enter your Outgoing Mail Server information:

    • Host Name - smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com.
    • User Name - Enter your full Yahoo! Business Email address.
    • Password - Enter your Yahoo! Business Email Password.
11. Tap Save or Next.
12. You will be redirected back to the screen where you will see your current email Accounts. Tap back into the one you just set up.
13. Scroll down and tap Advanced

14. In the Incoming Server section use the following settings:

    • Use SSL: On
    • Authentication: Password
    • Server Port: 995
15. Tap the back button in the upper left of the screen
16. Tap SMTP under Outgoing Mail Server

17. In the Outgoing Server section use the following settings:

    • Host Name: smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com
    • User Name: your full Yahoo! Business Email address
    • Password: your Yahoo! Business Email password
    • Use SSL: On
    • Authentication: Password
    • Server Port: 465
18. Tap Save or Done.

To access your account, launch the Mail application. If you have more than 1 email account set up on your device, you may need to use the back button in the upper left corner of the screen.
