I'm constantly prompted for my POP password. Why?

If you've set up mail forwarding for your Business Email address, and then try to configure POP, you will see this error. Business Email customers cannot forward their business mail and use POP at the same time.

To take advantage of POP, you'll need to disable your mail forwarding:

  1. Sign in to your account at http://mail.widgetdesigns.com (be sure to replace "widgetdesigns.com" with the domain associated with your email address).

  2. If you're using the new Mail interface:

    • Click "Options" in the upper-right corner of the page, then choose "Mail Options" from the pull-down menu.

    • On the left side of the page, select the "POP & Forwarding" option.

    • On the POP & Forwarding page, click the "Set up or edit POP & Forwarding" link.

    Note: If you're using the original Mail interface, click "Mail Options" in the upper-right corner of the page. On the page that opens, click the "POP Access and Forwarding" link.

  3. On the Pop Access and Forwarding page, select the radio button next to "Web & POP Access."

  4. Click the "Save" button to save your preferences.

Once you've disabled mail forwarding, you can begin using POP to check your Business Email. If you continue to get a password prompt, please contact us.
