POP (Post Office Protocol) and SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) are email protocols that allow you to manage an email account from another mail program. You can use POP to check Yahoo! Business Email from a desktop email program like Outlook or Thunderbird, use POP to access Business Mail from a mobile device, or use your Yahoo! Business Email to access another POP enabled email account.
After you configure your mail program, you can check your Yahoo! Business Email from that program. You'll also be able to reply to messages as if you were working from your Business Email account.
