IncrediMail allows you to set up multiple email accounts, so you don't have to replace your current POP and SMTP settings in order to send and receive new Yahoo! Business Email messages. Older versions of IncrediMail previous to "Build 618" may not be able to retrieve Yahoo! Business Mail.
To add a new Yahoo! Business Email POP email account in IncrediMail:
(Instructions based on IncrediMail version 2.0 and may differ from other versions of the program)
- Launch IncrediMail.

Click the "Tools" menu link.

- Select "Email Accounts" from the "Tools" pull-down menu.

- In the Mail Accounts dialog box, click the Add button.

- In the Account Wizard dialog box:
- Click the radio button for "Let me configure settings myself".
- Click the Next button.

- Click the Other button.

- Enter the Yahoo! Business Email login information:
- Your email address: The Yahoo! Business Email address
- Your password: The Yahoo! Business Email password
Click the Next button.

- Enter the following server information:
- My incoming mail server type is: POP3
- Incoming mail server: pop.bizmail.yahoo.com
- Outgoing mail server: smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com
Click the Next button.

- In the setup confirmation window, click the OK button.

- In the Mail Accounts dialog box:
- Click the checkbox to select the Yahoo! Business Email account (it may be already selected).
- Click the Properties button.

- Click the "Servers" tab.

- On the Servers Tab:
- Click the checkbox for "My server requires authentication"
- Click the More Settings button

- In the More Settings dialog box:
- Select the radio button for "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"
- Click the OK button

- Click the Advanced tab.

- On the Advanced tab, enter the following information:
Server Port Numbers:
- Outgoing mail (SMTP): 465
- Check the box for "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)"
- Incoming mail (POP3): 995
- Check the box for "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)"
Delivery:
- Check "Leave a copy of messages on server" if you would like IncrediMail to leave a copy of each message on the Yahoo! servers when downloading to IncrediMail.
- Check "Remove from server after ___ days" if you would like downloaded messages to be deleted from the Yahoo! servers after the specified period of time.
- Check "Apply the Spam Blocker when receiving messages to this account if you would like to use IncrediMail's Spam Blocker.
Click the OK button.

- Click the Close button to close the Mail Accounts window.

You can choose whether Eudora leaves copies of email messages on the Yahoo! server when downloading them to your computer or whether they are deleted from the Yahoo! server when downloaded to your computer.
To control deletion of messages from the Yahoo! Mail server:
- Launch IncrediMail.
