To add a new email account in Outlook for Macintosh:

1. Launch Outlook Express.
2. From the Tools menu, choose "Accounts".

3. Click the New button.

4. Enter your name in the "Display Name" field, then click on the Right Arrow at the bottom of the window.

5. Enter your e-mail address in the "E-mail address" box, then click on the Right Arrow.

6. Enter the following server information:
   • Incoming server type: POP
   • Incoming mail server: pop.bizmail.yahoo.com
   • Outgoing mail server: smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com
   Click the Right Arrow.

7. Enter the following logon information:
   • Account ID: the entire Yahoo! Business Email address
   • Password: the Yahoo! Business Email password
   Click the Right Arrow.

8. In the Account Name field, enter a name to identify the account in Outlook. This name will not be displayed except in the Outlook Express account list.
   Click the Configure account manually button.

9. Click the Click here for advanced receiving options button.

10. In the Advanced receiving options pop-up window:
    • Check the box for "this POP service requires a secure connection (SSL)"
    • Check the box for "Override default POP port"
    • If the port number does not change automatically to 995, enter port number 995.
    • Click the small box in the upper left to close the pop-up window.

11. Click the Click here for advanced sending options button.

12. In the Advanced sending options pop-up window:
    • Check the box for "SMTP server requires a secure connection (SSL)"
    • Check the box for "Override default SMTP port"
    • Enter port number 465
    • Check the box for "SMTP server requires authentication"
    • The radio button for "use same settings as incoming mail server" should be selected automatically. If it is not, selct that radio button.
    • Click the small box in the upper left to close the pop-up window.

13. On the Options tab, in the Server options section make your choices regarding downloading of messages and whether to save messages on the Yahoo! servers when downloading.
    Check "Leave a copy of each message on the server" if you want to save your Yahoo! Business Email messages on both the Yahoo! Mail server and on your computer. If you would prefer to have your messages deleted from the Yahoo! Mail server after you have received them in Outlook Express, do not check this box.
    Click the OK button to complete set-up.
