Some email programs have the ability to display HTML messages, which include graphics and links. Others can display only text and/or limited graphics. If you try to view an HTML message in a text-only email reader, your message won't display properly.

The following email clients are HTML compatible:

• Microsoft Outlook 2002 (XP) and 2003
• Microsoft Outlook 98 and 2000
• Microsoft Outlook Express
• Microsoft Outlook Express for Macintosh
• IncrediMail
• Eudora
• Netscape
• Web-based email (such as Yahoo! Mail)
• Other HTML readers

The following email clients are not HTML compatible:

• Lotus Notes
• cc:Mail
• AOL
• Other plain-text readers
