Using the Yahoo! interface, you can create an automatic reply to anyone who sends an email to your Business Email account by setting up a vacation response. You might want to set up this autoreply feature when you will be away and unable to respond to email for a short period.
To set up a vacation response
Mail Options Menu: Vacation Response
Vacation Response: Enable Checkbox
Set the beginning and ending dates for the auto-response.
The auto-response will begin on the "From" date selected and continue through the "Until" date selected.
Enter the text of your message in the "Message" field. This message will be sent to anyone who writes to your email address during the dates selected.

Note: If you'd like to see a sample of your auto-response, click on the Send Sample Copy To Me button below the "Message" field. A sample will be sent to your inbox.
Optional: You can also write a special note that will be sent only to specific domains. For example, if you have family members who run Papaya Day Spa, you might create a more personal response to any incoming messages from "***@papayadayspa.comt".
To create an alternate auto-response message: Click the checkbox for "Different response to emails from a specific domain". Enter one or two domains (e.g. ibm.net) in the "First domain" and, if you want, "Second domain" fields. Enter the alternate message in the "Message" field.
Vacation Response: Alternate Message
This alternate message will be sent in response to any emails received from email addresses ending with the domain or domains specified (e.g. anything@papayadayspa.com).

To turn off your autoreply before the end date you specified, return to the Vacation Response page, uncheck the "Enable auto-response during these dates (inclusive)" box, and click the Save button. To change your autoreply, just make any changes on the Vacation Response page andclick the Save button to save the changes.
Please note: When someone sends a message to your email address after you activate an autoreply, the user will receive a single vacation response, even if he or she writes more than once.
