I tried to activate my new email address, but encountered an error. What happened?

If you visited the web address specified in your invitation and saw an error message, your email address may have already been activated, or the administrator may have deleted the email address before you were able to activate it. Please contact your administrator for a new invitation (you'll find the administrator's email address in your invitation). The administrator can either resend the invitation or create a new address for you.
