No, you cannot forward incoming email and use POP at the same time. To take advantage of POP, you'll need to disable your mail forwarding:
Sign in to your account at http://mail.yourdomain.com (be sure to replace "yourdomain.com" with the domain associated with your email address).
If you're using the new Mail interface:
Click "Options" in the upper-right corner of the page, then choose "Mail Options" from the pull-down menu.

On the left side of the page, select the "POP & Forwarding" option.

On the POP & Forwarding page, click the "Set up or edit POP & Forwarding" link.

On the Pop Access & Forwarding page, make sure that the radio button next to the "Web & POP Access" option is selected.

Once you've disabled mail forwarding, you can begin using POP to check your Business Email.
