Can I forward my mail and also use POP?

No, you cannot forward incoming email and use POP at the same time. To take advantage of POP, you'll need to disable your mail forwarding:

  1. Sign in to your account at http://mail.yourdomain.com (be sure to replace "yourdomain.com" with the domain associated with your email address).

  2. If you're using the new Mail interface:

    • Click "Options" in the upper-right corner of the page, then choose "Mail Options" from the pull-down menu.

    • On the left side of the page, select the "POP & Forwarding" option.

    • On the POP & Forwarding page, click the "Set up or edit POP & Forwarding" link.

    Note: If you're using the original Mail interface, click "Mail Options" in the upper-right corner of the page, then click the "POP Access and Forwarding" link.

  3. On the Pop Access & Forwarding page, make sure that the radio button next to the "Web & POP Access" option is selected.

  4. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page, then close this window to return to your Business Email.

Once you've disabled mail forwarding, you can begin using POP to check your Business Email.
