Forwarding a message using the New Mail interface
Click the message you want to forward to open the message.
Business Email: Click Message to Open
Then click the Forward button.
Business Email: Forward Icon
The Compose tab opens and automatically fills in the "Subject" field with the subject from the original message preceded by "Fw:" to indicate that it is a forwarded message. You may change the subject if you like.
Forward Email Header
Address the message to your intended recipient(s) in the "To:" field and enter a message in the text field, if you like.
Business Email Reply: To Field and Text Field
You can enter your text anywhere in the text field. You can even delete unnecessary parts of the original message and type between paragraphs of the original message. This is called an inline reply. If you type your text inline, it's a good idea to highlight your response by using a different color or font than the original text, so the recipients can tell the difference between the original text and your comments.
When you're ready to send the message, click the Send button.

Forwarding a message using the Classic Mail interface
If you're using the Classic Mail interface, you can forward a message as an attachment or inline text. If you forward as an attachment, your recipient will need to save or open the attachment in order to view the message. If you forward as inline text, the text of the message will appear quoted within the body of the message that you send, set off by ">" characters on the left margin.
To forward a message:
Open the message you want to forward.
Now choose whether you'd like to forward the message as an attachment or inline text. Click the down arrow on the "Forward" button, select "As Inline Text" or "As Attachment," then click the "Forward" button.
The Compose page opens and automatically fills in the Subject field with the subject from the original message. You can change the subject if you like.

If you have chosen to forward as an attachment, the large text box will say only "Note: forwarded message attached." If you have chosen "Inline Text," the Compose Mail window will contain the text of the forwarded message.
In the To:, Cc:, and Bcc: fields, enter the email addresses of your intended recipients.
Enter your own message in the text field if you like, then click the "Send" button.

We'll send your message to the email addresses listed in the address fields. A confirmation page tells you that the message has been forwarded. The mail folder containing the original message shows a Forwarded icon
next to the email message.

Tip: If you'd like to set inline text, rather than attachment, as your default forwarding method, click the "Mail Options" link in the upper-right corner of the page and choose "General Preferences." In the Message Actions section, next to "Forwarding Messages," select "Forward as Inline text."
