Can I create an email address or alias from the Accounts section of my Yahoo! Business Mail account?
No. Though you can add a preexisting external account, you cannot create new Business Mail addresses in the Mail Accounts section of your Yahoo! Business Mail Options. To create new Business Mail addresses, you'll need to add an email user or an alias from your Email Control Panel.
