Yes, you may create an email address for one of your departments. Some people prefer to create personal email addresses for individuals, such as linda@learn2yoga.com, and then create additional email addresses, or aliases, for their departments. It's completely up to you how you'd like to set up your email.

A department email address could be created as:

• A POP only account which could be accessed by multiple users via Outlook or other POP email programs.
• An alias of the existing email address of the person who should receive the department email.
• An independent Web and POP email address associated with its own Yahoo! ID.
