Do I have to include a name when I create a user?
You don't have to include a name when creating an email address however, including a name can help to quickly identify the user on the Email Control Panel. This name does not affect the user's personal email settings.
In this example, the name, or nickname, for this user is Jane Doe, while jane@learn2yoga.com is the email address.
If you decide not to include a name, you can add a name later from the Email Control Panel.
