If I choose "Never with Yahoo!," why do I have to create a password for the user?

If the choice is made not to use a Yahoo! ID to access email, the user must use a POP (Post Office Protocol) to access Business Mail with another mail program. To do this, the user will need two things:

  1. The Yahoo! Business Mail POP/SMTP settings

  2. A password for accessing the email

We'll include the POP/SMTP settings in the invitation, but for security reasons, you'll have to create the password. You can change this password at any time, but be sure to tell the user when you do.
