SpamGuard Plus is a feature that automatically filters suspected spam to your Spam folder. SpamGuard Plus also learns specifically what you consider spam and not spam, and filters those messages to the appropriate folder. The more you train the filters by marking messages as Spam or Not Spam, the better the filters will work for you.

If you have a Business Email address associated with a Yahoo! ID SpamGuard Plus is active by default. You can confirm and manage SpamGuard settings in the Business Email Options:

1. Sign in to your Yahoo! Business Email account.
2. Click the "Options" link.

3. Select "Mail Options" from the Options pull-down menu.

4. On the left side of the page, click the "General" link.

5. In the Spam Protection section, make sure the checkbox for "Automatically move spam to Spam folder" is selected. If it is not, SpamGuard Plus is not active.

   You can also determine how frequently the Spam folder is emptied using the "Empty Spam folder" pull-down menu.

   And choose when images are displayed in messages using the "Show images in emails" pull-down menu.

6. When you're done, either navigate away from or close the Options tab and your changes will be saved.

Note: This feature is not available to users with POP-only email addresses.
