How can I access mail in another Business Mail account?

If you own multiple Business Email accounts — each associated with a different domain and Yahoo! ID — you can switch mailboxes by signing out of the first account, then signing in again with your other Yahoo! ID. To sign out and sign in again:

  1. Locate the welcome message in the upper-right corner of the screen, e.g. "Hi, Mary", and click the name or the image beside the welcome message.

You can avoid this sign-out/sign-in process by accessing your accounts in different browsers; for example, use Firefox for one account, Internet Explorer for another.

If you have different domains associated with the same Yahoo! ID, you can switch accounts from the welcome message in the upper-left corner of the Business Email screen.

  1. Click the welcome message (e.g. "Hi, Mary").

  2. Select an email address from the list of available addresses.

If you're using the original version of Business Email, Classic interface, your available email accounts are listed on the left side of the screen. Select your Business Email account from this list.

Note: You cannot access someone else's Business Mail mailbox unless you have that user's Yahoo! ID and password.
