My service was canceled. How can I reactivate it?

If your service is canceled, you will be able to reactivate it within 30 days of the cancellation date. If you reactivate your account within these 30 days, you will regain access to your account, with a new billing date. However, any email messages previously stored in mailboxes associated with your account will not be recoverable, and your files may no longer be available.

To reactivate your service:

  1. Go to Yahoo! Small Business and select the product you wish you order.
  2. Choose the option to use a domain you already own.
  3. Enter the domain name that was associated with the service you would like to reactivate. Please be sure to sign in with the Yahoo! ID you used to purchase your domain.
  4. You will be asked to confirm that this is the domain name you want to use with your service.
  5. Complete the ordering process to sign up for and activate your service.

Your service will be reactivated, and you will be able to use its features immediately.
