The Business Control Panel in a Yahoo! Small Business account displays a module along the right side of the page labeled "My Contact Information". This section lists contact information for the owner Yahoo! ID:

• Name
• Primary Email
• Street Address
• Primary Phone

Business Control Panel - My Contact Information

Yahoo! will use this information - particularly the Primary email - to contact the account holder when necessary, such as if an account is past due, suspended, or pending closure. It is important that the information is current and accurate so that Yahoo! can reach you with critical account status information when necessary.

To update contact information, click the "Edit" link and edit the appropriate section.
