Follow the instructions for generating a One-Time Security Key. When you receive the One-Time Security Key by email:

  • Use your mouse to highlight the security key code in the email by left-clicking on the mouse and dragging it across the code.
  • Next, go to the Edit feature at the upper-left of the email message and select "Copy."
  • Now click the link in the email. The link should pop open a page that says "Enter One-Time Key Here."
  • Click the mouse one time in that box. Then go back to Edit and scroll down to "Paste." The code, appearing as stars, appears in the field.
  • Now you can choose your own new security key. See our tips for creating a new security key.
