You can "Quick Rate" a product on the User Reviews page for that product, but this only reflects your overall experience. Clicking "Submit" adds your rating to the Overall average. You're then taken to a page for submitting a separate review of the product, but this is optional. If you choose not to submit a review at this time, you can still return and submit one later.
