How does the product rating system work?
Users rate products on a five-star scale.
Each product rating includes an Overall rating, as well as Component ratings that reflect specific aspects of the product.
Average Product Ratings appear in search results and are displayed on the "Compare Prices" and "User Reviews" Buyer's Guides.
