How do I contact a merchant for customer service?

When you make a purchase through Yahoo! Shopping, you're placing an order directly with the merchant. Therefore, Yahoo! does not have any specific information about your order. All questions about your order (including status, specifications, tax, shipping, payment methods, and cancellations or returns) should be directed to the merchant.

Within 24 hours of checkout, each merchant you ordered from should send you an email confirmation. The email will include contact information for any order inquiries and your order number. If you don't receive this email, you can locate the contact info for the merchant by visiting the Yahoo! Shopping Store Directory and searching for the merchant. The merchant's contact information appears on the merchant information page.
