When you order items through Yahoo! Shopping, you're buying items directly from the merchants who are selling them, not from Yahoo!.

The items that you order are added to the individual merchant's cart and when you check out, the order is placed with the merchant. Only the merchant has full access to the order, and the retrieval and processing of the order is completely handled by the merchant.

Within 24 hours of checkout, each merchant you ordered from should send you an email confirmation. The email will include contact information for any order inquiries and your order number. If you don't receive this email, you can locate the contact info for the merchant by visiting the Yahoo! Shopping Store Directory and searching for the merchant. The merchant's contact information appears on the merchant information page.
