Your browser "homepage" is the web page that you see each time you open a new browser window. To personalize yours and to set Yahoo! as your homepage, follow the instructions below.

To set your homepage in Internet Explorer follow these steps:

  1. Open an Internet Explorer browser window.
  2. From the Tools menu select Internet Options.
  3. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the General tab.
  4. In the Home page text box, type http://www.yahoo.com to make make Yahoo! your homepage.
  5. Click Apply and then OK.

To set your homepage in Mozilla Firefox follow these steps:

  1. Open a Firefox browser window.
  2. From the Tools menu select Options.
  3. In the Options dialog box, click the Main tab.
  4. In the Home Page field, type http://www.yahoo.com to make make Yahoo! your homepage.
  5. Click OK.

To set your homepage in Safari please follow these steps:

  1. Open a Safari browser window.
  2. From the Safari menu select Preferences.
  3. In the Preferences window, click the General tab.
  4. In the Home page field, type http://www.yahoo.com to make Yahoo! your homepage.
  5. Click the red Close button.

WARNING: If your homepage setting changes and you did not make the changes, your computer might be infected by spyware, adware or other harmful software.
