New Homes searches allow users to view floor plans from new home communities. These new homes listings are provided by various new homes listings providers that are partners of Yahoo! You can contact the builder by clicking on the “Contact Builder” link on the new home detail page.
Foreclosures
Foreclosures searches allow users to view pre-foreclosure and bank foreclosure listings. All foreclosures listings are provided by RealtyTrac and display basic foreclosure information. In order to view full foreclosure details, users must register with RealtyTrac by clicking the link on the listing detail page to “Register with RealtyTrac for more Property Detail.” RealtyTrac offers a 7 day free trial, but charges a subscription fee after the initial trial period. Rentals
Rentals searches display apartment community listings, condos, individual apartment listings, senior housing, and single family homes. These listings include ads that are submitted by individual users or real estate agents/brokers, or provided by listings data feeds from various listings providers. Apartments.com is the exclusive provider of featured apartment community listings.
