Homes for Sale

The Homes for Sale listing type consists of existing homes for sale (including land, condos, townhomes, and other properties). These listings are provided by home owners, real estate agents, real estate brokers, real estate franchisors, or various home listings aggregators and sent to Yahoo! Real Estate via Zillow.

If you are a real estate broker or franchisor and would like to advertize or place your listings to Yahoo! Real Estate, please fill out an inquiry with Zillow

New Homes

New Homes searches allow users to view floor plans from new home communities. These new homes listings are provided by various new homes listings providers that are partners of Yahoo! Real Estate including NewHomeSource.com who powers all featured new home listings. You can find out more information by clicking on any of the links to more details on the new home details page. You can contact the builder by clicking on the “Contact Builder” link on the new home detail page.

Foreclosures

Foreclosures searches allow users to view pre-foreclosure and bank foreclosure listings.

Rentals

Rentals searches display apartment community listings, condos, individual apartment listings, senior housing, and single family homes. These listings include ads that are submitted by listings data feeds from various listings providers.
