To get a free instant home valuation, enter the Street Address AND City, State or ZIP code [e.g., “(first box)123 Main Street #101, (second box) San Francisco, CA (or a ZIP code like 94123)] then click Search. You'll then be taken to a page with a map that plots the home that you searched for (in green) and 10 comparable homes and their estimated values (in orange). You can roll over each icon to view the address or click on each icon to see information about the homes.

Below the map is a list showing the home that you searched for, as well as 10 comparable homes and their estimated values (ZestimatesTM). You can click on any home address to view more detailed information at Zillow.com. The table also shows the one week value change for each of the properties and whether it is trending up or down.

To the right of the list results, you can view the Home Value Change chart which depicts the approximate home valuation change for your selected property. The chart defaults to 1 Year, but you can toggle between 5 Year and 10 Year using the buttons at the top of the chart.

Below the chart is the Zestimate Ranking which shows you the approximate percentage of homes in the ZIP code where you searched that have a lower home value than the home that you searched for.

Clicking on the various ‘See more’ links on the page will take you to Zillow.com for additional information.
