In our continued effort to provide Yahoo! Real Estate users with the best services possible, we have enhanced the user experience for our Find A Realtor service in collaboration with our partner HomeGain. As part of the changes to the Find A Realtor service you will now be required to create a new member name directly with HomeGain in order to access your existing account.

If you have previously registered for the HomeGain service by creating a new Yahoo! account or by using your existing Yahoo! account, you will no longer be able to use your Yahoo! account to access the HomeGain service.

You should have received an email from HomeGain with instructions on how to create a new member name with HomeGain. If you have not received this email message, please submit your email address to receive instructions on how to re-activate your account, or contact HomeGain Customer Service at 888.542.0800.
