How will the three finalists be selected?
A panel of Yahoo! staff and fwm staff will screen the eligible entries received during Phase One. Entrants will be scored based on the following criteria (100 points possible):
- Business viability, including marketability, financial needs, and logistic feasibility (35 points)
- Originality of the business idea, business model or business product (35 points)
- Management strength, including training and/or expertise in the related field(s), training and/or expertise in business, a track record of success (20 points)
- Business’s use of technology and the degree of significance that it plays for the business (10 points)
