What is RSS?
RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication," and it's way of formatting information for public distribution on the Internet. An RSS feed also lets people subscribe to your podcast and automatically get updates of your new content. An RSS feed is a text file that tells Yahoo! Podcasts and software like iTunes how to find and get your podcast.
