In Yahoo! Photos we supported varying levels of photo permissions (private, public, friends). However, the photo sharing services offered do not support these varying permission levels, and thus if you move to Kodak Gallery, Shutterfly, Snapfish, or Photobucket your photos will be treated as if they were private on Yahoo! Photos.
