The following users do not qualify for Yahoo! Personals' 6-Month Promise:

• Subscribers with a one-year subscription (no longer available), three-month subscription, or one-month subscription.
• Non-U.S. subscribers.
• Premier subscribers.
• Paid six-month subscribers who otherwise meet the requirements but who cancel their subscription to avoid the automatic renewal.
• U.S. subscribers who signed up for a six-month subscription before our 6-Month Promise was offered on May 22, 2008, and have had a continuous subscription since they signed up.
