As of January 24, 2008, we will no longer offer new Premier subscriptions and will discontinue the Relationship Test and the Personality and Love Style Test. This means no new Premier subscribers will be joining the existing group of Premier subscribers, and you can no longer take or retake either test.

Later this year, we will discontinue Premier service altogether. At least 30 days before we discontinue Premier, we will send you an email that includes the actual date it will end.

We apologize for any inconvenience these changes may cause, but we are pleased to say that we are planning to bring you other exciting features to enhance your online dating.

Until the service is discontinued, you can choose one of these two options:

Option 1: Take no action and continue to use Premier service until it is discontinued.

• We are no longer offering new Premier subscriptions, so the pool of Premier members will not grow.
• Your subscription will continue to renew automatically, according to the terms of your current subscription plan, until we discontinue the service. At that time, we will automatically cancel your Premier subscription and refund you the prorated amount of your unused Premier subscription, if any. The refund will appear as a credit on the billing method we have on file for you.
• You will continue to be recognized as a Premier subscriber until the service is discontinued. And you will still be able to recognize other Premier subscribers until the service is discontinued.
• Even though the Relationship Test and the Personality and Love Style Test are no longer available, if you have already taken one or both tests, other people will still be able to see your test results. And you will be able to see the results of other singles who have taken the tests.
• All other Premier features, such as Premier's SmartFit advanced searching and matching system, will continue to be available to you until the Premier service is discontinued.
• When Premier service is discontinued, we will retain your Yahoo! Personals profile, but it will be unsearchable. You can choose to make it searchable, if you like. And you can choose to sign up for a paid non-Premier Yahoo! Personals subscription and continue to contact people, or you can stay on our free service under the Terms of Service. Your profile will expire after 120 days of inactivity.

Option 2: Cancel your Premier subscription anytime before we discontinue the service.

• To cancel your subscription, email Customer Care anytime, or call a representative toll-free at 866-458-8744, Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST.
• When you cancel, we will refund you the unused portion of your Premier subscription, if any. The refund will appear as a credit on the billing method we have on file for you.
• When you cancel, we will retain your Yahoo! Personals profile in the state it is in when you cancel, either "searchable" or "unsearchable." If it is searchable, you can choose to make it unsearchable by going to the website and changing its setting. You can also choose to sign up for a paid non-Premier Yahoo! Personals subscription and continue to contact people, or you can stay on our free service under the Terms of Service. Your profile will expire after 120 days of inactivity.
