How is the audio and video on Yahoo! News organized?

You can access the audio and video we offer from several places. Here's how:

First, select the News Home tab. To get to our audio/video page, click the "Audio/Video" link under the tab at the top of the News home page. Here, you'll see the latest video from Yahoo! News. You can use the pull-down menu to select video from the day's most important topics.

You can also view video by provider, such as CBC, AP, Reuters, etc. Just select the provider you want to see under "View Audio/Video by Provider."

Additionally, you'll see links to audio/video content around the Yahoo! News site. Look for video links from individual story pages and on news index pages such as Business, World, Politics, etc.

Selecting a video link will open the Yahoo! News video player.

Also, from the News Search results page, you can search to access a range of audio and video. You'll find the links on the right side of the search results page.

Generally, Reuters, Associated Press, and NPR content is available for several days.

Audio and stories with audio are identified by a speaker icon, while videos are labeled "AP Video" or "Reuters Video" and appear with a video camera icon.

Reuters provides video clips in the Top Stories, Business, World, Entertainment, Sports, Science, and Lifestyle categories.

AP provides video clips in the Top Stories, U.S., and World categories.

NPR provides audio news clips in the Top Stories, Business, World, Sports, and Politics categories.

Material is listed on the index pages in the chronological order in which it was received. The latest material is added to the top.
