Steps for Template Integration
- Make sure that your level of service is Pro, not Basic or Plus.
- Click the Weblogs tab and click Edit Design to the right of your blog posts. This will open the Design tab under Weblogs.
- Click Manage Your Designs.
- Click sidebar and copy and paste the code generated by the wizard into the existing code at the appropriate point.
- After review, click Save and then Publish Weblog. If a publishing window does not appear asking if you would like to publish your files, hold down the Ctrl key and click Publish Weblog again. Click publish.
Steps for Blogging
Not available. You cannot enter HTML code directly.
General Constraints
- You must have a TypePad Pro account.
- You must be using an Advanced Template.
- You cannot have a mixed media layout.
- If you are using a single column layout without a sidebar, the Yahoo! News content will be centered on the page.
- Note: With some templates, the blog posts do not appear in Mozilla Firefox.
