If you url of your blog changes, there is no need to create a new community. You can easily change the url (web site address) of your blog.
To change the url, or any settings on your blog, go to your profile page. Under the blog that you want to edit, click 'Edit Settings' and change the URL and/or name of your blog. Save the settings.
