To help you determine which communities you visit most, MyBlogLog auto-joins you to communities you visit frequently. If you don't want to utilize this feature, you can easily turn off auto-join.
Go to your Profile and click Edit Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and choose Never from the drop down menu. Of course, you can also change the frequency of visit that is required to auto-join in the same area.
