Click the link in the email you get. You might be asked to convert to the new My Yahoo! if you haven't already. If you do convert, click the link again.

You are then asked if you want to keep the content. It's up to you. Click Keep It or click Cancel.

You can move the content to where you want it. Similarly, you can personalize a tab someone has sent to you.
