If you have a Yahoo! account, you can minimize the size of the My Yahoo! search box. Click Change Appearance, click Searchbox Size, then click the Small option. Both the My Yahoo! banner and the search box reduce in size. Click I'm Done to return to your page.

If you need to manage space further, try hiding the My Quicklinks menu or some modules you don't always need.
